Anne Holtrop
(b. 10 november 1977, The Netherlands), graduated cum laude in architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam in 2005. He has opened his practice in the same year and has been awarded several grants from the Fonds BKVB, as well as receiving the Charlotte Kohler Prize for Architecture from the Prince Bernhard Cultural Foundation. He has joined an artist in residence in Tokyo in 2009, in 2011 in Seoul and in 2012 in Copenhagen. He is course director of the master Studio for Immediate Spaces at the Sandberg Instituut Amsterdam, and is editor of OASE, an independent architectural journal for architecture. His work ranges from architecture models to temporary and permanent buildings, on which he occasionally collaborates with the artists Krijn de Koning and Bas Princen.
